To Celebrate the Democratic Management--2019 Annual Staff Congress Was Held

After the early democratic elections and public publicity, a total of 46 employees were elected as the new employee representatives.

The meeting discussed the Bill of Pacific Home Fashion staff Congress, and it was passed.

Mr. Chen Yizhong, chairman of Pacific Home Fashion, summarized a statement：After 10 years of development, Pacific Home Fashion from the original dozen small team grows into a big company with over 600 employees, as well as one of the industry leaders in China. PHF can not do it without each employee’s hardworking. He hopes the representatives to take up the rights and responsibilities of hands in the formulation of company-related system policy.

There were over 2/3 representatives attending the conference. Thus the resolution of this meeting was real and effective.
